Where are Drink Palestina drinks made?
Drink Palestina is made in Canada and Jordan.
Are you guys Palestinian?
Yes — we’re founded by three young friends who are Palestinian and Yemeni.
How does Drink Palestina support Palestine?
Drink Palestina supports Palestine in two ways: a portion of profits is always donated to trusted humanitarian efforts, and the drink itself is a statement—our mission is to give people a better alternative they can choose every day while standing for something bigger than a beverage.
Do you offer wholesale to stores/restaurants?

Will there be other flavors?
Yes — we’ve got more flavors on the way, and we’re always working on crazy cool new ideas. We’re also always open to your flavor suggestions. (Suggest Flavors by contacting us here)
Do you come in different sizes?
Yes — we currently come in two sizes: the classic 355mL can (only in selected stores) and a slim 250mL can. We’re expanding to more sizes soon.
Do you sell in stores?

What sweetner does Drink Palestina use?
Our regular sodas are sweetened with real sugar. Our Sugar-Free Cola is sweetened with sucralose and acesulfame potassium.
What ingredients are in Drink Palestina?
Orange: Carbonated Water, Cane Sugar, Citric Acid, Tri-sodium Citrate, Natural Orange Flavor, Beta Carotene (Color), Sodium Benzoate (preservative).
Lemon-Lime: Carbonated Water, Cane Sugar, Citric Acid, Trisodium Citrate, Natural Lemon-Lime Flavor, Sodium Benzoate (to preserve freshness).
Cola: Carbonated Water, Cane Sugar, Natural Cola Flavor, Caramel Color, Phosphoric Acid, Caffeine, Sodium Benzoate (to preserve freshness).

Does Drink Palestina contain artificial colors or flavors?
No, only contains Natural colors and flavors.
Does Drink Palestina contain corn syrup / high-fructose corn syrup?
No, we only use real sugar or sucralose for our diet options.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically process in 1–3 business days, then shipping time depends on your location and the carrier. Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship anywhere in United States. If your location isn’t available at checkout, it means we don’t ship there yet.
How much is shipping?
Each case has a flat rate shipping fee of $9
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes — once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email (and/or SMS if you opted in).
My tracking hasn’t updated — is that normal?
Yes, sometimes carriers take 24–48 hours to scan and update tracking. If it hasn’t updated after 3 business days, contact us at contact@drinkpalestina.com
Can I change my address after I place an order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it. Email contact@drinkpalestina.com ASAP with your order number and the correct address.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Email contact@drinkpalestina.com with your order number and clear photos of the package and product within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped, we may be able to cancel it. Once it ships, we can’t guarantee cancellation.
